This page explains what the public Xnable site collects and how contact requests are handled.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Information you choose to send us

When you submit the early-access form, we collect the work email address, company name, contact name, and Turnstile token you provide so we can review and respond to the request.

We use that information only for inbound request handling, follow-up communication, and operational abuse prevention.

Operational request data

Our infrastructure may receive standard request metadata such as timestamp, IP address, user agent, and requested path when you use the site.

We use that operational data for delivery, reliability, debugging, and security monitoring.

Cookies

The public site shows a temporary notice about cookies necessary for the site to operate.

Optional analytics and marketing remain off by default. On a fresh page load, the notice automatically records the essential-only default in browser preference storage and in our preference activity record before it dismisses. A browser preference alone does not suppress the notice until the activity record confirms it.

How long we retain information

We keep submitted contact details and operational records only as long as they are needed for response handling, legitimate business operations, or applicable legal obligations.

We review retained information periodically and remove what is no longer required.
